These terms govern access to cekeep. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your organization.

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for membership, role assignments, and activity performed through their workspace.

Your content

You retain ownership of content submitted to cekeep. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and secure the service. You represent that you have authority to submit it.

Acceptable use

You may not use cekeep to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, probe or disrupt systems, bypass access controls, or provide access to unauthorized third parties.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at purchase until canceled. Fees, taxes, plan limits, trial terms, and cancellation options are presented during checkout or in workspace billing settings.

Service boundaries

cekeep helps organize compliance work and evidence. It does not provide legal advice, audit opinions, certification, or a guarantee of compliance. Customers remain responsible for their controls, representations, and professional advice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, address nonpayment, or comply with law. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional negotiated terms in a signed agreement control if they conflict with these online terms.
